Segnivo is an Email Service Provider (ESP) that helps businesses, organisations, marketers, and developers send emails at scale. We provide affordable and scalable email infrastructure for communications (eg. newsletters/announcements), marketing (eg. cold emails for sales), or transactional (eg. OTPs, credit/bank alerts, password reset) purposes, via a web interface, developer API, or SMTP relay. We also have a self-service display ads platform for customers seeking to drive traffic or brand awareness.
Our products have different pricing structures/plans; while some are priced on Pay-As-You-Go basis, others are subscription-based. Please see our pricing page for more details.
Debit and credit cards are accepted for our subscription-based plans while products with credit-based pricing have several payment methods available including bank transfer depending on your country and currency.
Mailing lists are basically "contact lists". Your mailing lists refer to how you organise related contacts into different lists. For example, you can have two mailing lists, one for all your customers and the other for all your leads and prospects.
Email address verification helps you verify/confirm the validity of a given email address before you send campaigns to it. It is a feature that enables you to weed out invalid/incorrect email addresses from your lists before you start sending out email campaigns.
We can guarantee that your emails won't land in the spam folder once you have verified your domain name by adding the required DNS records to the domain's DNS zone.
Sending credits helps us track how you are billed for email delivery. One sending credit is consumed when you send one email to one contact, and two credits are consumed when you send one email to two contacts. For example, if you have 2,000 email addresses to which you send emails four times a month you would need (4 x 2000) 8,000 sending credits.
Yes, you can access several data and statistics for each email campaign you send, including those who opened and clicked on links in your emails. Also, when using the API and SMTP, you can see a log of all emails sent out.
Marketing emails are sent for promotional campaigns while transactional emails are sent as a result of one or more actions taken by a user on your app, or activities and notifications which are expected by the user of your application, eg. OTPs, password reset, event reminders, login notifications, credit alerts, e.t.c.
Yes, while we allow cold emails we expect customers utilizing our platform for such to follow strict guidelines including constantly carrying out email address verifications, sending to a maximum of 300 contacts at a time, always using a verified sending domain, desisting from making dubious offers or selling illegal/banned products, not sending phishing emails, amongst others.
